ED&F Man’s MLP business unit wins Quality Excellence Award from Diageo North America
ED&F Man Liquid Products (MLP) has won a Quality Excellence Award from Diageo North America, recognizing our molasses trading team’s success in delivering consistently high-quality products and service.
During a period that saw many challenges, including extreme weather and global supply chain disruption, MLP delivered on sourcing molasses to Diageo’s distillery in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, with zero percent quality rejects.
Molasses is a critical substrate for rum fermentation and maintaining a stable supply of high-quality molasses is key to the distillery that produces Captain Morgan.
We are delighted to see the work of the team recognized through this service award from one of our key customers. As a division, we strive for excellence in everything we do and to deliver a high-quality product on a consistent basis, regardless of market conditions, is testament to the efforts and focus of the entire team.
