Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Cash Management Project Manager / Business Analyst (12 months FTC with a view to being extended) to work in a truly global environment. The role will work within the Business and Transformation function, reporting to the Transformation Lead and will support ongoing projects related to cash pooling within our treasury function. The role provides an exceptional opportunity for someone eager to demonstrate their skills and experience in the fast-paced soft commodities environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of the current bank account directory to identify accounts eligible for a newly created cash pool.
  • Contribute to the set up and administration required for the implementation of new global in-house banks and modern cash pooling operating model.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Operations to test and implement fundamental changes to the current process.
  • Assisting the various legal entities within each business unit, ensuring business readiness and managing expectations in relation to project delivery and completion.
  • Working closely with the in-house KYC team to ensure project requirements are met compliantly.
  • Partnering closely with the Transformation Lead to ensure operating models are fit for purpose and provide benefit realization for users.
  • Identification, monitoring and reporting of issues and risks with escalation where appropriate.
  • Conducting workshops and seminars alongside various internal departments to demonstrate ongoing changes to ensure understanding.
  • Build relationships internally throughout our business units, alongside externally with provider banks.

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in managing Bank Accounts from a Treasury or other Financial Institution from start to live.
  • Degree educated in a relevant subject area, or comparable experience is also sufficient.
  • High preference on strong knowledge of cash pooling and in-house banking structures.
  • Project management and experience of major change delivery or project implementation within a global environment.
  • Ability to create test cases and basic project and implementation plans.
  • Prior experience rolling out new Target Operating Model and Business Readiness to the end users.
  • Ability to communicate complex operational changes to various stakeholders through presentations and workshops.
  • Quickly identify potential risks and issues and report them appropriately.
  • Knowledge of KYC is desirable but we do have an existing centralized in-house team.
