Key Accountabilities

  • Support the implementation of ED&F Man’s global compliance program across the business
  • Undertake risk assessments to identify key compliance risk and required mitigation

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to take on the role of Regional HR Business Partner for Europe, based in Madrid. Key Accountabilities

  • Support the FP&A Manager in the creation of high-quality management information in a timely manner for the business unit level and corporate centre, as directed by the coffee business unit CFO and senior leadership team.
  • Maintain highly effective relationships with the finance directors and regional controllers for all coffee entities, as well as ensuring a collaborative relationship with the corporate centre.
