Volcafe’s companies in Brazil, Guatemala and Tanzania have recently been certified as Great Place to Work, an international recognition for employers that create an outstanding employee experience.

This achievement is a testament to Volcafe’s unwavering commitment to fostering positive and supportive work environments where our employees can thrive.

Achieving the Great Place to Work certification in Brazil, Guatemala and Tanzania is an outstanding achievement that reiterates the results of our employee engagement survey from 2022. Volcafe operations in Brazil, Guatemala and Tanzania have achieved the Great Place to Work certification,

In Guatemala, our local company Peter Schoenfeld, led by General Manager Maria Reneé Morales, has achieved an impressive rating of 91%. This outstanding score qualifies them to apply for the prestigious Best Place to Work in Guatemala awards.

Meanwhile, Taylor Winch (Tanzania), under the guidance of General Manager Zippy Irungu, has garnered a commendable score of 80%, becoming one of the select few companies certified by Great Place to Work in Tanzania.

With an 89% rating, Volcafe’s Brazil operations achieved the Great Place to Work certification in February 2023 and ranked 35th in the Best Place to Work in Brazil (Agro Business category).
