Role Overview:

We have an opportunity for someone to join us as an Oracle HCM Technical Specialist to work in a truly global environment. The role is into Designing, building, and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM and internal/external systems and ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability reporting to Global HRIS Lead.

This role will be working from our Hartree office based in Hyderabad.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Design inbound and outbound interfaces (payroll, finance, third-party vendors)
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
  • Manage data transformations and mapping
  • Ensure data security and compliance in integrations
  • Support releases and regression testing
  • Document integration architecture and processes
  • User training
  • Create Process/Module documentation

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have about 8 -12 years of experience in similar role
  • Strong Oracle HCM technical toolkit (HDL, Fast Formula, Extracts, APIs)
  • Experience with middleware tools (e.g. OIC)
  • Understanding of HR data models
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in global environments
