This role will be working from our Volcafe office based in Madrid.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead Sample Room management, coordinating the flow and traceability of coffee samples from origin to customer approval.
  • Conduct physical and sensorial assessment of green coffee samples when required, maintaining accurate quality records and communicating findings to trading and logistics teams.
  • Support Quality and Food Safety compliance by partnering with HSQE teams on IFS recertification activities, documentation management and client communications.
  • Supporting communication on quality topics, particularly sample approval processes and status updates, including systematic recording, performance analysis and responding to sample-related queries.
